Four Star Films to release Howard J. Ford’s DARKGAME in Egyptian theaters

Howard J. Ford’s thriller DARKGAME — led by Gossip Girl veteran Ed Westwick — is set to release in theaters across Egypt on Wednesday, February 28th, courtesy of Four Star Films.

DARKGAME is a dark SAW-meets-SE7EN thriller where innocent victims have been kidnapped, held captive, and forced to play out a deadly reality game show broadcast on the dark web for the entertainment of the criminal underworld who gamble on the results.

For the presenter of the game, a psychopathic entertainer, this is just the beginning of his search for fame and glory. Meanwhile, a determined detective in the Portland PD heads up the task force assigned to the case as they look for clues in the broadcasts, anything to help them track down where the game is held.

The film stars Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick alongside Andrew P. Stephen, Lola Wayne, Natalya Tsvetkova, and Rose Reynolds; is co-written by Gary Grant and Niall Johnson; lensed by Louie Blystad-Collins; edited by Nikk Fielden; and co-produced by Happy Hour Films, Happy Hour Productions, JCG Bits Productions, and Principal Film Finance.
